Cancellation Policy

For all bookings, a 24 hour (1 day) cancellation policy applies, where no fee will be payable for cancellations (or changes) made with more than 24 hours notice.

Missed appointments, cancellations (or changes) made within 24 hours of the appointment time, will be charged at the full fee of the treatment.  All cancellations (or changes) have to be made by phone or text to 07717214390.  We cannot accept cancellations (or changes) by email.

Online Bookings

At the point of booking, the full fee is payable.  Should you have to cancel (or change) your appointment then the above cancellation policy applies.

Package Deals

Should you or we decide to end your package deal then appointments already taken will be charged at full price and deducted from the amount paid.  The remainder will then be refunded either in the form of a gift voucher or bank transfer to your account.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers will expire 6 months from the issue date

Offers

We may from time to time offer time-limited discount offers.  These may be offered through our VIP club, online or in the form of a voucher.  These discounts or offers are not redeemable for cash.

Health/Insurance Claims 

If you are planning to make a claim with your health insurance company for your treatments then please make sure to check with your insurance company that this is possible before booking your treatments.

General Conditions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant changes in your health an lifestyle i.e. if you are trying to get pregnant or pregnant.  If you have started or stopped taking medication and any concerns or issues you may have.
