Terms and Conditions

• Clients must arrive on time and prepared for their session.
• Sessions may be ended if a client attends under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves abusively, or acts in a way that compromises safety.
• Clients must inform the practitioner of any relevant health changes, including pregnancy, new medication, or significant lifestyle changes.
• The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and holistic therapies are complementary practices designed to support wellbeing. While many clients find these therapies beneficial, they may bring up strong emotions or past memories, and temporary re‑traumatisation is possible.

• Clients may pause or decline any technique at any time without penalty.
• These therapies do not replace medical or psychological treatment. Clients under medical or psychological care should continue that care alongside sessions.
• If a client becomes overwhelmed or distressed during a session, the practitioner will pause, apply grounding techniques, and discuss whether referral to another professional is appropriate.
• The practitioner is not a medical doctor or psychotherapist and works strictly within the scope of EFT and holistic practice accreditation.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Fees apply for late cancellations or missed appointments: 
  • 25% if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
  • 50% if cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice
  • 100% for no‑shows
• If the practitioner cancels, clients may choose a refund or a rescheduled appointment.
• All cancellations or changes must be made by phone or text to 07717 214390.
  Email cancellations cannot be accepted.

• Deposits may be required and are payable in advance via PayPal, Square, or bank transfer.
• Quest Holistic Therapies does not store or have access to your financial information.
• Clients will be notified of any fee changes at least one month in advance.
• If an appointment is cancelled, the cancellation policy above applies.

• If a package deal is ended by either party, sessions already taken will be charged at full price and deducted from the amount paid.
• Any remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer or issued as a gift voucher.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Clients are responsible for checking with their insurer before making claims for treatments.
• The practitioner cannot guarantee coverage under any health insurance policy.

• All sessions are confidential except where disclosure is legally or ethically required (risk of harm, safeguarding concerns, court orders, or communicable disease reporting).
• Data protection follows UK GDPR and DUAA requirements.
