General Conditions
- Clients must arrive on time and prepared.
- Sessions may be terminated if a client attends under the influence of drugs/alcohol or behaves abusively.
- Clients must inform the practitioner of relevant health changes (pregnancy, medication, lifestyle).
Practice Disclaimer and Client Safety
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and holistic therapies are complementary practices designed to support wellbeing. While many clients find these therapies beneficial, they may bring up strong emotions or past traumatic memories, and there is a possibility of temporary re-traumatisation.
- Clients are free to pause or decline any exercise or technique at any time without penalty.
- These therapies do not replace medical or psychological treatment. If you are under the care of a doctor or therapist, you should continue that care alongside sessions.
- If a client experiences overwhelming distress during a session, the practitioner will pause, apply grounding techniques, and discuss whether referral to another professional is appropriate.
- The practitioner is not a medical doctor or psychotherapist and works strictly within the scope of EFT and holistic practice accreditation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations.
- Fees apply for late cancellations or missed appointments (25% if <24hrs, 50% if <12hrs, 100% if no-show).
- Refunds or rescheduling offered if the practitioner cancels.
- All cancellations (or changes) have to be made by phone or text to 07717214390. We cannot accept cancellations (or changes) by email.
Payments
- Fees payable in advance via bank transfer.
- Clients will be notified of fee changes at least one month in advance.Should you have to cancel (or change) your appointment then the above cancellation policy applies.
Package Deals and Gift Vouchers
- Should you or we decide to end your package deal then appointments already taken will be charged at full price and deducted from the amount paid. The remainder will then be refunded either in the form of a gift voucher or bank transfer to your account.
- All gift vouchers will expire 6 months from the issue date
Insurance and Health Claims
- Clients must check with their insurer before making claims for treatments.
- Practitioner cannot guarantee coverage under health insurance policies.
Confidentiality
- Sessions are confidential except where disclosure is legally or ethically required (risk of harm, child protection, court orders, communicable disease).
- Data protection follows GDPR (see Privacy Policy).
Intellectual Property
- All materials, resources, and branded content remain the property of Quest Holistic Therapies.
- Not to be reproduced or distributed without permission.
